Organizer And Eligibility

Campaign – “Register and Win with the National Subsidy System Cards”

Campaign Prizes:

• A total of 90 winners will receive shopping vouchers provided by Landmark Group — a voucher worth 50 Omani Rials for each winner.
• Register and Win with the National Subsidy System Cards Campaign (hereinafter “Campaign”) is a campaign organized by Shell Oman Marketing Company SAOG (hereinafter “Shell Oman”) and is open b (hereinafter “Participants”).
• This Campaign is subject to the applicable laws and regulations governing sales promotion campaigns in the Sultanate of Oman and is conducted after obtaining the necessary approvals from the competent authorities.

Duration

The campaign is valid from 1 April 2026 to 30 June 2026 across all Shell service stations in the Sultanate of Oman.

Qualifying Criteria

• Possession of a National Subsidy System Card from Shell Oman Marketing Company S.A.O.G
• The campaign is valid only for new cardholders or individuals who renewed their National Subsidy System Cards during the promotional period.
• A total of 90 winners will receive shopping vouchers provided by Landmark Group — a voucher worth 50 Omani Rials for each winner.
• Participants’ chances of winning double when using the Shell GO+ card via the Shell Asia App.
• The electronic draw for the promotional campaign will be conducted according to the dates specified in Annex (1).
• Each participant is eligible only for the draw corresponding to the registration period during which their card was registered or renewed.
• Participants are not automatically carried over to subsequent or previous draws.
• Winners will be contacted after the draw to collect their prize.
• Winners will be announced on Shell Oman’s website and social media platforms.
• Employees of Shell Oman Marketing Company SAOG, Shell Oman Retailers, ADVERTISING AND PUBLICITY CO LLC and their family members are not eligible to take part in this Campaign in line with the applicable local laws

Shopping vouchers details:

• The shopping voucher will be valid for one year from the date of issuance and can be redeemed across all Landmark brands in Oman, including Centrepoint, Babyshop, Splash, Shoemart, Lifestyle, Max, Home Centre, and Shoe Express.
• The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and cannot be exchanged for cash

Guidelines

• Shell Oman reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Campaign any part of it, if non-authorized human intervention, fraud, human error or any other factor which might impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Campaign occurs as determined by Shell Oman in its sole discretion.
• Shell Oman, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the Campaign, acting in violation of this Campaign or who might be acting in a disruptive manner.
• Prize: Winners must collect their prizes within a maximum period of three (3) months from the date of the official announcement of the winners. If the winner fails to collect the prize within the specified period, the prize will be forfeited, and no further claims and compensation will be accepted.
• All winners must present their national ID card to collect their prizes.
• Claims after Campaign period will not be accepted or entertained.

Indemnification

• Participants and winners shall indemnify Shell Oman, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against all or any actions, costs, losses, damages, claims, demands, liabilities or expenses, including, and without limitation, legal costs arising from or relating in any way to the promotion, prize, people, activities and operations associated with it as well as the fuel of Shell V-Power, Shell Mogas 95 and Shell Mogas 91.
• Neither party shall, in any circumstances whatsoever, be liable to the other party with respect to the Campaign for any indirect, special, or consequential loss, whether directly or indirectly.

Guarantee

• Under no circumstances will Shell Oman be directly or indirectly liable for any damages arising from any use, misuse, or abuse of the prize.
