Announcement: Closure of Shell Oman Marketing Company Head Office
In view of the latest updates regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and the highest importance the Company places on the health and wellbeing of all our employees, their families, our stakeholders and the wider community, the Company has taken the following precautionary measures taking into account the guidelines and directions from the relevant authorities during these unprecedented times:
Our head office in Mina Al Fahal is closed till further notice. All our employees who usually work from the head office will be working from distance.
Our Customer Operations team will be working from distance and will continue to receive and address your queries, requests and orders through the call center (+968 24570200/+968 24570333) and via the designated e-mails as follows.
- Shell Cards: We have temporarily suspended the issuance of new and replacement of Shell Cards until further notice. However, you can still purchase pre-paid Shell Cards at our Shell service stations. For further queries, please contact your key account manager or email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
