What is DYNAFLEX Technology?
DYNAFLEX Technology is the name for our latest generation fuel formulations for Shell V-Power fuel, designed to help clean and protect your engine.
When we speak about “DYNAFLEX Technology” we mean the complex blends in our new formulations that Shell has specially designed and enriched with powerful cleaning agents to help maintain the cleanliness of key fuel system components and protect them from performance robbing deposits¹.

In creating our Shell V-Power with DYNAFLEX Technology, we drew on over 100 years of experience in fuels research and development. Our DYNAFLEX formulations draw on our experience and insights into the demands of both older and modern engines. Modern engines are becoming smaller whilst maintaining high power outputs and often use new technologies (such as direct fuel injection and turbocharging) to help achieve performance and efficiency.
Deposits can form, over time, on key fuel system components such as fuel injectors in engines and intake valves/fuel injectors in engines. Now with DYNAFLEX Technology2, Shell V-Power is our most effective fuel at helping to restore engine cleanliness by removing deposits that have already formed3.
