Step 1
Download Shell Asia app from iOS App Store or the Google Play and register by filling required fields.

Step 2
Fuel at any Shell service stations or shop at Shell Select shops.
Step 3
Show the Shell Go+ QR code after your purchase and enjoy the benefits available to Shell Go+ members.
What does “referral code” mean? And from where I can get it?

Refer friend code is a code you can get from your colleague when they share the app link, and in your first transaction both will receive a reward of 10 points
Regarding referral code, you can skip it and keep it empty in the registration process and proceed to the next step of registration.

What are the criteria of earning points?
What are the criteria of earning points?
An Individual member will receive points from service stations as per the following criteria:
1- 1 point for every litre of Shell Mogas 95, Shell Mogas 91 or Shell Diesel
2- 30 points for every litre of Shell V-Power fuel purchased.
3- 30 to 600 points for Shell Lubricant Products
Shell Select including Shell Cafe and Deli by Shell for every purchase of 1 OMR and above, you earn points as following:
- 1 OMR = 100 points
- 1.100 OMR = 110 points
- 1.150 OMR = 115 points
- 153 OMR round down to 115 points
- 1.155 OMR round up 116 points
No points will be awarded for purchases below 1 OMR for this category. No points will be awarded on purchase of tobacco products and telecom prepaid cards. No points will be awarded for purchase of Shell Select products through online platforms such as Talabat.

What are velocity rules of earning points (Daily & Monthly Limit) ?
- A maximum number of 2 transactions per day will be eligible for loyalty points.
- A maximum quantity of 150 liters will be eligible for loyalty points for Shell V-Power, Shell Mogas 95, and Shell Mogas 91 per transaction.
- A maximum quantity of 250 liters will be eligible for loyalty points for Shell Diesel per transaction.
- A maximum Quantity of 1,200 liters of fuel will be eligible for loyalty points per month.
How do I Redeem my points?
How do I Redeem my points?
To redeem your points kindly follow the below steps:
1. Visit the home section of the app
2. Press Redeem your Loyalty points
3. You can select the product you want to redeem with your eligible points.
4. Click redeem now and confirm the redemption . Reward will move to your rewards inbox (My Card).
The next time you visit any shell service station, select the reward then click on “Redeem Now” button by selecting the reward which is appearing in my card tab.

Kindly note that as per the terms and conditions of the Shell Go+, you can earn points on a maximum of 2 transactions per day.

Dear user, kindly note that sometimes points earned are updated in real-time. However, there might be a delay in case there are connectivity issues.
If the points did not update within 24 hours, kindly reinstall the app or contact us through 24570200

Is it allowed to have multiple memberships by using a single mobile number?
Dear user kindly note that your mobile number acts as a unique identifier, and therefore, multiple memberships with single mobile number are not allowed.
