Weekend offer

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ORGANISER AND ELIGIBILITY

“Fuel the feeling this weekend” (hereinafter “Offer”) is a weekend offer organized by Shell Oman Marketing Company SAOG (hereinafter “Shell Oman Marketing”) and is open to all citizens and residents of the Sultanate of Oman (hereinafter “Participants”).
“Offer” Fuel with Shell V- Power at 299 baisa for every litre.

2. DURATION

The Offer is valid from 10 June 2022 to 31 December 2022 only on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays (hereinafter “Offer Period”).

3. QUALIFYING CRITERIA

1. The Offer is only applicable for Shell V-Power fuel and is valid at Shell Service Stations with Shell V-Power fuel.
2. Participants must fulfil the conditions specified in the Offer during the Offer Period to be able to avail the Offer.
3. If the Participant finds a Shell Service Station with Shell V-Power fuel and a participating Shell service station not offering the Offer, the Participant shall call Shell Customer Operations at 24570200 for inquiries.

4. AVAILING THE OFFER

• The Participant will need to fulfil the following cumulative conditions to be eligible for the offer:
  • Fuel of Shell V-Power from any of the participating Shell Service Stations (List mentioned below)
  • Fuel Shell-V Power during the Offer Period.
• Cash will not be paid in lieu of the saved amount.
• Claims after Offer Period will not be accepted or entertained.
• In case the Participant fulfils the cumulative Offer, and does not receive the Offer instantly, Participant shall then maintain the receipt produced by Shell Oman Marketing point of sale terminal and:

5. INDEMNIFICATION

• Participants shall indemnify Shell Oman Marketing, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against all or any actions, costs, losses, damages, claims, demands liabilities or expenses, including, and without limitation, legal costs arising from or relating in any way to the Offer, people, activities, and operations associated with it as well as the purchase of Shell V-Power fuel.
• Neither party shall in any circumstances whatsoever, be liable to the other party with respect to the Offer for any indirect, special, or consequential loss.

6. GUARANTEE

• Any claims/concerns with respect to the Offer must be communicated to Shell Customer Operations at 24570200.
• Under no circumstances will Shell Oman Marketing be liable for any damages arising from any use, misuse, or abuse of the Offer.
