New Year Promotion

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ORGANISER AND ELIGIBILITY

Shell V- Power New Year Promotion, fill Shell V-Power at 299 baisa per litre only (hereinafter “New year Promotion”) is organized by Shell Oman Marketing Company SAOG (hereinafter “Shell Oman Marketing”) and is open to all citizens and residents of the Sultanate of Oman (hereinafter “Participants”).

“Promotion” Fuel with Shell V- Power at 299 baisa per litre.

2. DURATION

The Promotion is valid from 1 to 31 January 2023 (hereinafter “Promotion Period”).

3. QUALIFYING CRITERIA

1. The Promotion is only applicable for Shell V-Power fuel and is valid at Shell Service Stations offering Shell V-Power fuel.
2. Participants must fulfil the conditions specified in the Promotion during the Promotion Period to be able to avail the Promotion.
3. If the Participant finds a Shell Service Station with Shell V-Power fuel and did not provide the Promotion, the Participant shall call Shell Customer Operations at 24570200 for guidance.

4. PROMOTION REDEMPTION

• The Participant will need to fulfil the following cumulative conditions to be eligible for the Promotion:
  • Fuel Shell V-Power from any of the participating Shell Service Stations (List mentioned below)
  • Fuel Shell-V Power during the Promotion Period.
• Cash will not be paid in lieu of the saved amount.
  
• Claims after Promotion Period will not be accepted or entertained.
  

In case the Participant fulfils the cumulative Offer, and does not receive the Promotion instantly, Participant shall then maintain the receipt produced by Shell Oman Marketing point of sale terminal and call Shell Customer Operations as 24570200 for assistance

5. INDEMNIFICATION

• Participants shall indemnify Shell Oman Marketing, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against all or any actions, costs, losses, damages, claims, demands liabilities or expenses, including, and without limitation, legal costs arising from or relating in any way to the Promotion, people, activities, and operations associated with it as well as the purchase of Shell V-Power fuel.
• Neither party shall in any circumstances whatsoever, be liable to the other party with respect to the Offer for any indirect, special, or consequential loss.
  

6. GUARANTEE

• Any claims/concerns with respect to the Promotion must be communicated to Shell Customer Operations at 24570200.
• Under no circumstances will Shell Oman Marketing be liable for any damages arising from any use, misuse, or abuse of the Promotion.
