Minister visiting Shell Oman stall

Shell Oman’s stand attracted a large number of students and young job seekers throughout the 3 days of the fair; and gave Shell Oman employees the opportunity to interact and network with Omani students from various local and international universities and colleges. The team focused on sharing their experiences and knowledge with students while helping create awareness about the different career and training opportunities at Shell Oman. Students were also invited to apply online on the Shell Oman website for opportunities that will be available in the coming months.

Essam Ali Al Busaidi, Human Resources and Administration Manager at Shell Oman, elucidated: “Shell Oman has always been committed to providing opportunities for the Omani youth; and our participation in the SQU Career Fair each year is testament to this. It is noteworthy that with approximately 90 percent Omanization, Shell Oman is a role-model for successful and sustainable local talent development and In-Country Value (ICV) practices.”
