Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the Logistics HSSE Plan
  • Monitors that activities are performed in compliance to Safe Warehouse Operating Procedures, Fork Lift Truck policy and any local HSSE standards.
  • Proper Housekeeping of all Ware houses and ensures a good working environment at all times
  • Responsible for Goal Zero and ensuring compliance to the Life Saving Rules (LSR) for all warehousing activities.
  • Leads and / or attends relevant operational meetings to ensure awareness of all operational requirements and constraints for that day / week
  • Organizes available resource(s) to ensure required service levels are met within the agreed cost
  • GSAP superuser
  • End to End stock management (Inbound and outbound) in terms of introduction / withdrawal, counting, investigating the discrepancies, block stock and dispose the same by adhering Lube Quality System process and coordination with Quality team in order to minimize Ware house capacity issues
  • Adhering End to End Re-work process
  • Maintains target On Time In Full
  • Strengthen End to End quality management (handling)
  • Identifies and implements improvement opportunities to reduce cost and / or improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintains safe Ware house activities via Standard operating procedures and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Leads / Performs cycle / annual counts to achieve Inventory Accuracy of 99% and maintains posting ontime in line with the Lubricants Warehouse Policy & ensures a re - count in the event of a discrepancy between system expected quantity and actual counted quantity.
  • collaboration with additive suppliers to drive value improvement and ensure competitiveness in inbound logistics process
  • Support in achieving target volumes
  • Drive Culture of High Performance & Deal with underperformance
  • Strengthen Logistics skill pool/talent development

Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in supply chain or 5 years experience in supply chain and specifically in Ware house management 
  • Skilled in stock management system
  • Skilled in various Problem-solving tools, Continuous Improvement aspects
  • Super user in GSAP
  • Good communication skills – Verbal and written
  • Conversant with product, process, procedures and audit
  • Preference will be Omani
