Haitham bin Harib Al Ismaili, Human Resources and Administration Manager at Shell Oman, commented: “With approximately 90% Omanization, Shell Oman is a role model for successful and sustainable local talent development and In-Country Value (ICV) strategy. Such opportunities like the career fair at SQU allows the Company the opportunity to identify new Omani talents and provide them with internship and potential employment opportunities for their future career development.
